1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the wowpk platform ("wowpk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://wowpk.club and all associated services, games, betting products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a wowpk account, logging into the Platform, or using any feature or service available through wowpk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register a wowpk account or use any feature of the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. wowpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (including CNIC) at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 One Account Per User. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) active wowpk account. Registering or operating more than one account (whether under the same or different identity details, payment methods, or devices) is a material breach of these Terms. wowpk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. wowpk makes no representations as to the legality of accessing or using the Platform from any particular location. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by applicable law, you do so entirely at your own risk and wowpk accepts no liability in that regard.

3. Account Security and Credentials

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wowpk login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 You agree to notify wowpk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. wowpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or to notify us of a breach promptly.

3.3 wowpk will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from wowpk that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

4.1 Currency. All financial transactions on the wowpk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wowpk does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. wowpk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment method availability without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier. As of the effective date of these Terms, the minimum deposit is Rs 500. wowpk reserves the right to adjust these thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. First-time withdrawals are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including submission of a CNIC photograph and a selfie. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your wowpk account are from legitimate sources and that your use of the Platform does not involve money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. wowpk complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. wowpk reserves the right to apply an inactivity charge to accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more, as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by wowpk are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps which are set out in the individual promotion terms applicable to each offer.

5.2 wowpk reserves the right to withdraw, void, or amend any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where wowpk reasonably suspects that the offer is being abused or claimed in bad faith.

5.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

6. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct and Responsible Gaming

6.1 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowpk Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, whether to manipulate game outcomes or to share betting information in a way that gives an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies where wowpk is the counterparty, to the extent that such strategies are commercially exploitative rather than recreationally motivated;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.

6.2 Responsible Gaming. 18+ wowpk is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools available in the account settings. These tools are available to every registered wowpk user at no cost and take effect immediately upon application. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the wowpk Platform, including but not limited to the wowpk name, logo, game assets, software, text, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of wowpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of wowpk.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wowpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your wowpk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 wowpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8.3 wowpk shall not be liable for any interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events (including internet service outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental actions), or any other circumstances beyond wowpk's reasonable control.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must contact the wowpk support team in the first instance by submitting a detailed description of the dispute via the live chat facility or the support email address. wowpk will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a complete dispute submission.

9.2 In the event that a bet has been accepted due to a manifest error (including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, system glitches, or data feed errors), wowpk reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account. The determination of what constitutes a manifest error rests with wowpk.

10. Privacy and Data

wowpk's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. wowpk processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles and uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security and confidentiality of personal information.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 You may request closure of your wowpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

11.2 wowpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, where prohibited conduct has been identified, where regulatory obligations require it, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to wowpk or to other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable commercial law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
